Description
The Engineering Process Manager will develop and monitor end-to-end engineering processes, methods, and tools; introduce and train new processes and engineering tools; create dashboards, KPIs, and reports; lead continuous-improvement initiatives; and support special projects and the strategic development of engineering. The role requires a degree in natural sciences or engineering or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience, systems-engineering or technical-product-development experience, KPI and performance-management knowledge, analytical and process-optimization skills, and strong German and English abilities.
