Flex-N-Gate is hiring a Process Technician to support pilot-line operations in an automotive component manufacturing environment. The role covers process preparation, mixing, coating, calendaring, punching, laser cutting and slitting, cell assembly, production support, troubleshooting, data collection, inspections, changeovers, and process improvement. Candidates need engineering or equivalent education, basic mathematical and office skills, safety and environmental training, previous manufacturing experience, and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; robotics, vision, and programming experience are assets.
