ProSidian is hiring an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contract Specialist to provide independent engineering advisory support for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Dominance Financing program. The role reviews EPC contracts, change orders, claims, contractor performance, compliance, and contractual risk; supports technical due diligence, credit evaluation, construction monitoring, disbursement and completion certification, and lender-ready decision-making. The position is an exempt 1099 contract with remote project support across the United States, expected on-site meetings, and a work location associated with Washington, DC. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and 10+ years of engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience.
