Description
The Program Manager I/II leads technical and financial program activity for larger or more complex Stratospheric Balloon and Radar products and related flight/field services. The role serves as the primary customer and internal-management interface, coordinates technical, operations, business, and contract teams, manages cost, schedule, and performance, supports bids and proposals, and drives customer technical roadmaps and business growth. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, engineering project leadership or systems engineering experience, and 10+ years of related experience including 4+ years leading technical programs.
