Amgen is hiring an EOS & EHS Operational and Program Excellence Associate to support the adoption, execution, data quality, and continuous improvement of Engineering Operations Services systems and operational excellence programs. The role maintains engineering and facilities management data, supports system enhancements and audit readiness, prepares KPI dashboards and reports, and partners with Technology and business users on integrations, testing, access reviews, and issue resolution. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5–9 years of experience, and on-site work in Hyderabad.
