Apple is hiring an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) for its AIML team to define, instrument, track, and report key performance indicators for Apple products. The role partners with data scientists, data engineers, engineering management, and product teams to establish customer-success and key-performance metrics, implement them, and report insights to marketing and engineering leadership. It requires at least seven years of project or program management experience leading cross-functional software engineering or data science teams, along with knowledge of system architecture, testing, build and release processes, and strong leadership and communication skills.
