Description
Amca is hiring a Program Manager to lead advanced aerospace programs from concept through delivery, serving as the primary interface with U.S. Government customers and internal engineering teams. The role owns program schedules, contractual commitments, mission success, proposals, contract negotiations, technical performance, risk management, and customer engagement across design, integration, testing, and fielding. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in aerospace or systems engineering, at least six years of aerospace, defense, or national security program experience, strong U.S. Government acquisition knowledge, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. The position offers an annual salary range of $150,000 to $250,000 USD.
