EquipmentShare is hiring an Engineering Program Manager in San Diego, California. The role designs customer solutions from engineering drawings and site visits, manages key initiatives, supports sales and customer relationships, presents equipment capabilities, provides technical support for advanced panels and controls, contributes to fleet deployment, and executes special projects involving automation and telemetry. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or related field experience, at least five years of multi-unit field operational or sales experience, five years of HVAC, pump, or generator experience, and five years interpreting engineered drawings, along with the ability to travel 50%–75% of the time and perform physically demanding work.
