Description
The Program Manager leads multiple automotive component projects from award through 90 days after SOP, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer specifications, project timing, costs, risks, issues, and program closure. The role serves as the primary customer interface, maintains project budgets and milestone charts, develops countermeasures for at-risk deliverables, and supports cost-cutting and environmental and quality management systems. The position requires time on the production floor, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and travel as necessary.
