Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an onsite Engineering Program Manager to lead hardware and software new product introduction programs for switching products. The role manages cross-functional teams across hardware, software, testing, PLM, manufacturing, publications, and customer service; oversees program scope, budget, schedule, milestones, risks, and critical-path optimization; and reports status to senior leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, 8–10 years of IT product experience, and 5+ years of program management experience, including 3+ years leading hardware programs. The position is onsite at an HPE office, does not offer relocation, requires minimal travel, and has no direct reports.
