Medtronic is hiring an Engineering Program Manager for its Imaging portfolio to lead multiple concurrent engineering programs involving machine vision, automated inspection, dimensional measurement, label and seal inspection, and related imaging technologies. The role coordinates cross-functional hardware, software, controls, optics, sensors, algorithms, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and manufacturing equipment activities across global manufacturing sites, manages program execution and governance, supports supplier and manufacturing site engagements, and provides executive reporting. The position is based at the Rice Creek facility in Fridley, Minnesota, with a hybrid arrangement requiring four on-site days and one remote day per week, plus 10–20% domestic and international travel.
