Description
The Engineering Program Manager plans, coordinates, and monitors engineering activities across the project lifecycle for power solutions and industrial projects. The role manages engineering schedules, cross-functional teams, risks, resources, deliverables, reviews, and KPIs, and serves as the primary liaison among Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field and 7+ years of engineering, project engineering, or program management experience, with ETO manufacturing, switchgear, power distribution, data centers, or industrial equipment experience preferred. The position is primarily office-based, may require warehouse or transportation facility visits, and involves travel between MCG locations.
