Description
Oklo is hiring an Engineering Program Manager to lead the fuel recycling engineering team and deliver its fuel recycling facility. The role defines program scope and milestones, translates engineering requirements into analysis and design plans, coordinates cross-functional work, manages risks and dependencies, and leads program reviews and decision-making. Candidates need at least three years of engineering program management or related technical leadership experience, experience with engineered hardware, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, and strong communication and systems-thinking skills. The position is remote with quarterly travel to Oklo’s headquarters in Santa Clara, California, and offers a salary of $120,000-$180,000 plus equity, bonuses, health insurance, and other benefits.
