Quality Consulting Group is hiring a Temporary Engineering Program Manager in Ponce, Puerto Rico to lead Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives at a medical devices manufacturing site. The role owns end-to-end program governance, schedule, budget, resources, risk, quality, compliance, training, change management, go-live, and hypercare while coordinating MES integration with ERP and other enterprise/site systems. Candidates should have an engineering or related bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of related experience preferred, 5+ years in project management, and experience with MES, medical device quality/manufacturing/regulatory work, BPCS, and SAP.
