Description

Apple Cloud Infrastructure is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to support its internal device cloud and help ship new products and features while maintaining critical infrastructure. The role partners with engineers and teams across Apple, driving large-scale infrastructure programs, deployments, roadmaps, operational sustainability, risk assessment, and cross-functional delivery across compute platforms and operating systems.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or related professional experience
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of software development project management experience in compute infrastructure domains
End-to-end project delivery experience, including roadmap development through operational sustainability
Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure programs and deployments to AWS, Azure, or GCP compute platforms
Experience with networking protocols, operating system fundamentals, distributed systems, infrastructure at scale, and software development life cycle
Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Agile project experience with demonstrated knowledge
Scrum background or Scrum Master experience
Ability to drive engineering discussions for feature prioritization and technical roadmaps
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong facilitation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and creative critical thinking
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous infrastructure and technical projects with diverse engineering stakeholders
