Eaton’s IS AER FED division is hiring an Engineering Program Manager I to support its Engine Solutions & Electrification business at the Beltsville, Maryland facility. The role leads Integrated Product Teams through ProLaunch NPD/STP programs, managing technical, schedule, budget, cost, quality, risk, customer, contract, and financial performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of program management experience, U.S. work authorization, and ITAR eligibility; five years of relevant experience and PMI accreditation are preferred. The expected annual salary is $112,000–$164,000, and candidates must be within 50 miles of Beltsville, Maryland or Glenolden, Pennsylvania.
