Description
The Program Manager – Quality Assurance leads end-to-end quality execution and program governance for large-scale software development and migration programs. The role coordinates functional, integration, regression, and business testing; manages risks, dependencies, defects, release readiness, and vendor collaboration; and drives test automation and GenAI-assisted quality workflows. It requires 8+ years of experience in quality program management, technical program management, or QA program coordination, along with hands-on QA, testing, release management, platform migration, integration, SaaS implementation, and GenAI experience.
