Description
Dedrone is hiring an Engineering Program Manager, Solutions to own the delivery of next-generation counter-UAS engineering solutions from requirements definition through deployment. The role translates product requirements into technical scopes, aligns internal engineering teams and external ODM/CM or technical solution providers, manages master schedules and program budgets, oversees vendor deliverables and manufacturing readiness, and mitigates technical, schedule, cost, and regulatory risks. The position is based in Sterling, Virginia, follows a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday, and offers a base pay range of $115,500 to $184,800 USD.
