Description
Hark is hiring an Engineering Program Manager to lead system builds for AI consumer products from early local prototypes through Proto, xVT, ramp, and launch. The role partners with electrical, mechanical, signal integrity, RF, thermal, and reliability teams; manages vendors and contract manufacturers; oversees materials readiness, build schedules, unit distribution, and yield risks; and travels in-region to factory sites. Candidates need at least six years of experience shipping high-technology consumer electronics systems, a relevant engineering degree, and experience with manufacturing processes, PCB technologies, and new-product-introduction programs. The position is full-time with a US base salary of $120,000 to $300,000 annually.
