The role covers equipment specification, material flow, process design, site layout, intellectual property, vendor and internal collaboration, and end-to-end process design for greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit projects. The position requires design or innovation experience, engineering project management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and at least three years of relevant experience, with 25% global travel. The listed work location is Cleburne, Texas, with a base salary of $99,300 to $160,000 annually.
