Description
The Project Controls and Management Department Manager will oversee project controls, scheduling, costing, estimating, reporting, budget development, asset management, and related management information functions for capital projects at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The role supervises engineers and consultants, develops cost and schedule control systems, monitors project schedules, negotiates change orders, maintains information and document control systems, prepares progress reports, and supports capital construction program requirements. It requires nine years of progressively responsible construction project scheduling and estimating experience, including three years supervising subordinates, a bachelor’s degree, a state driver’s license, and an AOA permit for airport travel.
