Description
The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) Principal will lead the F-22 Combined Test Force and Labs & Infrastructures teams, overseeing cost, schedule, performance, quality, and compliance from concept through production. The role coordinates cross-functional engineering teams, product owners, suppliers, and senior leadership; mentors junior project managers; establishes project processes; and improves project execution. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related STEM field, project management experience, EVMS and/or CAM experience, and a Final SECRET security clearance. The full-time salary range is $158,700 to $294,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
