Description
The Engineering Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs from concept through production, coordinating software, electrical, mechanical, aerospace, systems, test, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations teams. The role focuses on integrated planning, risk identification, technical decision facilitation, milestone decomposition, program health monitoring, and communication of tradeoffs to engineering leadership and executive stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline, at least two years of experience leading complex engineering or technical product development programs, and experience with multidisciplinary hardware and software development.
