Description
The role provides technical and administrative direction for Engineering Department projects, managing complex and concurrent projects while coordinating with operations, vendors, consultants, and engineering associates. Responsibilities include project execution, budget and regulatory compliance, manufacturing process and facility improvements, utility and energy management, vendor negotiation, and mentoring. The position requires extensive experience managing technical support groups, project management and organizational skills, food manufacturing and food safety knowledge, regulatory and utility management experience, and manufacturing equipment selection and installation experience.
