CACI is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead research and development, penetration testing, and exploitation projects. The role involves overseeing projects from conception to delivery, refining project management processes, and utilizing cutting-edge security assessment work and technology. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams across various labs, focusing on complex technical projects supporting national security missions.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4-6 years of project management experience
Experience managing technical, engineering, or security projects
Experience managing projects in a government contracting environment and understanding of government requirements management
Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to introduce and adapt these practices
Experience with project management tools such as GitLab, Microsoft Planner, or MS Project
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven stakeholder management experience
Ability to work effectively with highly technical and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications: Engineering or technical degree
Experience contributing to resource planning and ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimates
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes or federal compliance frameworks
Experience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple facilities
Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms
Change management or organizational transformation experience
Understanding of penetration testing methodologies and cybersecurity concepts
Familiarity with OWASP, NIST, or other security frameworks
