Engineering Project Manager at Clear Street

Clear Street is hiring an Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives supporting its global growth strategy. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Business, Operations, and senior stakeholders; defines workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans; manages risks and blockers; and provides visibility into progress and outcomes. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in project management or a related discipline, experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives, and knowledge of financial services workflows.
