Ontic is hiring an Engineering Manager – Configuration Management & Applications Engineering in Chatsworth to lead the Configuration Management and Applications Engineering functions. The role oversees technical integrity, regulatory compliance, engineering baselines, change control, customer technical reviews, proposal support, engineering estimates, and product sustainment while managing staffing, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or 15 years of related industry experience, plus 8+ years of aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing engineering experience and 3+ years of engineering leadership experience. The position offers a $135,000–$175,000 pay range and may require occasional travel.
