BorgWarner Drivetrain and Morse Systems is hiring an Engineering Project Manager to lead the development and launch of mechanical drivetrain products, primarily transfer cases and axle disconnect systems, at the Propulsion Technical Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The role serves as the primary technical interface to customers and engineering interface to Program Management and Sales, leads cross-functional product development, manages project timelines and risks, supports engineering estimates and budgets, and provides post-production support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, typically 5 to 8 years of automotive engineering, systems engineering, or technical project management experience, strong mechanical product development experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
