Description

RES is hiring an Engineering Project Manager – Engineering Delivery in Denver, Colorado (hybrid). The role manages engineering scope, schedules, budgets, design reviews, RFIs, technical documentation, and coordination with internal teams, clients, and external engineers for utility-scale wind, solar, and BESS projects, while supporting Assistant Engineering Project Managers and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety/quality standards.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of engineering experience, including wind/solar experience
Ability to travel 5–15%
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Project Management
Advanced knowledge of renewable power plant, substation, transmission, distribution, civil, structural, electrical, SCADA, and mechanical design
Familiarity with industry standards
AutoCAD familiarity
Strong collaboration, attention to detail, communication, and customer focus
