Description
The Engineering Project Manager II leads product development projects for a Generac business area or product line, coordinating engineering, product management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and other functional teams. The role manages schedules, scope, cost, quality, risk, mitigation, product realization, and lifecycle costs while driving cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, seven years of progressive engineering or powered-product experience, and five years of project management experience in industrial or commercial equipment manufacturing.
