Description
CAGE is hiring a Project Manager - Land Development to coordinate, lead, and supervise land development projects, including production documents, client management, internal team dynamics, project finances, contract negotiation, scope and schedule control, staff development, and customer service. The role requires a BS in Engineering, at least 7 years of professional experience, and a strong technical project-engineering background; PE certification is preferred but not required. Compensation is $90,000-$140,000 plus bonus opportunities, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
