CAGE is hiring an Engineering Project Manager - Land Development to coordinate, lead, and supervise land development projects. The role manages production documents, client relationships, internal teams, project finances, scope, schedules, contracts, and staff development. It requires a BS in Engineering, at least 7 years of professional experience, and a strong technical project-engineering background; PE certification is preferred but not required. The position reports to the Director of Operations and offers a salary of $90,000–$140,000 plus bonus opportunities and health, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
