Description
CAGE is hiring an Engineering Project Manager - Land Development to lead civil engineering land development projects in the Tampa area. The role manages project scope, schedules, budgets, teams, client relationships, proposals, contracts, and deliverables while mentoring staff. It is temporarily remote and requires commutable distance from Tampa, with a full-time or part-time arrangement, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, and at least seven years of civil land development experience. Compensation is $90,000–$140,000 plus bonus opportunities, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
