Description
CAGE is hiring a Project Manager - Land Development to coordinate, lead, and supervise land development projects. The role manages production documents, client relationships, internal teams, project finances, contracts, scope, schedules, and project profitability, while developing staff and maintaining client networks. It requires a BS in Engineering, at least 7 years of professional experience, and a strong technical project-engineering background; PE certification is preferred but not required. Compensation is $90,000-$140,000 plus bonus opportunities, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
