The role manages project scope, schedules, budgets, teams, client relationships, proposals, contracts, and deliverables while mentoring staff and driving profitable results. It is temporarily remote for candidates located within a commutable distance from Tampa, requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field and at least seven years of civil land development experience, and offers $90,000–$140,000 plus bonus opportunities and health, retirement, and other benefits.
