Description
The Engineering Project Manager will oversee and execute engineering projects for the Artificial Lift Systems Business unit, coordinating work from scope and planning through design, validation, production release, and project closeout. The role establishes project objectives, schedules, milestones, and deliverables; maintains project status communication; collaborates with engineering and operations teams; tracks progress; resolves issues affecting cost, schedule, quality, or performance; and mentors project team members. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, 3–5 years of project management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software, and strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
