The role handles engineering projects from feasibility through construction supervision, including structural design, load-bearing engineering, specialist planning, BIM-based planning, cost and schedule planning, interface and risk management, and cross-disciplinary coordination. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of IT-supported project handling and BIM, and familiarity with discipline-specific standards and regulations; project management knowledge is desirable.
