Ankar is hiring an Engineering Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Software Engineers and Product Managers, including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing. The role builds talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers, defines candidate profiles, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience. It requires at least six years of experience building hiring systems in high-growth environments and a track record of hiring in ambiguous, zero-to-one contexts. The role combines in-person collaboration three days per week in the Shoreditch office with flexible remote work.
