Description
Spirit AeroSystems is hiring a 2nd Shift Engineering Manager to lead and manage the engineering team providing real-time support to manufacturing, assembly, quality, and operations. The role provides strategic and technical leadership for nonconforming conditions, production issues, engineering deviations, and complex manufacturing challenges; establishes priorities and allocates engineering resources; and partners with cross-functional leaders to resolve issues and minimize production disruption. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related ABET-accredited program, at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience, and strong communication and emotional intelligence skills. The stated summary pay range is $142,500 to $218,500.
