Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an Engineering Senior Manager to lead multiple subordinate managers and individual contributors responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging systems software and related products. The role manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, costs, project programs, outsourced partners, and people development while advising senior management and influencing strategic decisions. It requires a first-level university degree or equivalent experience, typically 15 or more years of related work experience including at least 5 years of people management, and is hybrid with an average of two days per week in an HPE office.
