Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions division is hiring an Engineering Services Manager to lead its engineering technical services business function and revenue team at its Syracuse, New York facility, with approximately 25% travel. The role manages ETO, technical application and design solutions, and commercial engineered solutions services; develops technical service strategy; drives revenue, margin, service levels, process improvements, customer engagement, and global team expansion; and leads recruiting, training, coaching, and talent development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least eight years of engineering, operations, or project management experience in manufacturing, four years of people leadership experience, and two years of commercial or customer experience. The expected annual salary is $146,000–$215,000, with a variable incentive program, and relocation assistance is available.
