Description
The PC board design Engineer / Architect assists engineers in designing and developing complex printed circuit board layouts, including high-density boards. The role establishes design standards, develops layouts from schematics and part lists, trains drafters, and may check detailed drawings. It requires a bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant engineering field, strong analog and digital circuit knowledge, hardware development expertise, and familiarity with tools such as Cadence, Allegro, ADS, or HFSS. The role typically involves 5–10+ years of relevant experience for senior or principal positions, with semiconductor, consumer electronics, or server hardware experience preferred.
