Description
The Engineering Services Supervisor will lead the Traffic Engineering Section and the Planning/Environmental Engineering Section within Solano County's Public Works–Engineering & Surveying Division. The role supervises staff and operations, plans roadway design and construction, coordinates daily work activities, ensures compliance with applicable codes and regulations, consults with the Engineering Manager, and manages design plans, contract specifications, and cost estimates. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field, five years of relevant civil, transportation, project design, roadway construction, project management, right-of-way, environmental reporting, and supervision experience, and a valid California Professional Engineer license.
