Description
Voyager Technologies is hiring an Engineering Site Manager - Controllable Solid Propulsion to lead the design, development, testing, and manufacturing of complex rocket motor systems while managing a team of approximately 20 Mechanical, Systems, and Aerospace engineers. The hybrid role in Long Beach, California reports to the VP of Engineering and combines roughly 75% engineering-site-management duties with technical and program responsibilities, including mechanical design, CAD, structural and thermal analysis, ballistics, systems integration, project controls, and technical communication. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, 8–10 years of relevant experience, team-management experience, solid propulsion experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The base salary range is $190,000–$230,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
