Description
Ford is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations and directly supervise skilled trades supporting production and facilities. The role manages production controls, automation, robotics, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment readiness, downtime root-cause analysis, vendor performance, and shutdown planning, while working rotating shifts and weekends. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in electrical, automation, controls, or robotics engineering and at least one year of technical work experience in manufacturing or OEM tooling; automotive experience, robotics and controls certification, Microsoft Office experience, and unionized workforce management experience are preferred. The position does not offer visa sponsorship.
