Ford is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support Final Assembly, Chassis, and Trim operations. The role applies engineering and analytical techniques to improve manufacturing processes, safety, quality, productivity, inventory, ergonomics, audits, and lean initiatives, while leading root-cause and corrective-action work. It is a B-Crew night shift with a 6:00 p.m. start and 4:30 a.m. finish on a four-day, 10-hour schedule. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least one year of related experience are required; the position offers salary grades 6, 7, or 8 with ranges of $72,480–$121,440, $84,480–$141,360, or $96,720–$162,120, respectively, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
