Eaton is hiring an Engineering Specialist - Reliability for its ES AMER ARS PDCAD division. The hybrid role, requiring at least three days on-site per week, is available in Arden or Asheville, North Carolina; Charlotte, North Carolina; or Greenwood, South Carolina, with relocation assistance for qualified United States candidates and up to 25% travel. The engineer will lead reliability and safety programs, design-for-reliability initiatives, reliability growth plans, warranty and field-failure analysis, and cross-functional problem-solving, while collaborating with engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain teams. The expected annual salary is $113,000 to $165,000, and the role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, or a related field plus at least eight years of technical experience, including four years in advanced R&D or new product development.
