ABB is hiring an onsite Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead its engineering standardization team. The role manages technical documents and drawings, new-product BOM creation and optimization, electrical and mechanical design standardization, process documentation, technical problem resolution, cross-functional project delivery, and team performance and training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related discipline, power-system and MV switchgear knowledge, familiarity with engineering software, English communication skills, and 10 years of product management or engineering experience in switchgear.
