Olsson is hiring an Engineering Student Intern for its Traffic & Technology team. The intern will perform hands-on traffic design work using CAD, including signal, roundabout, pavement marking, signing, and temporary traffic control plans, and may participate in traffic operations, signal timing, safety, or pedestrian circulation studies. The role may involve field observation and travel to job sites. Candidates should be pursuing a civil engineering degree, have working knowledge of AutoCAD, strong communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The Colorado pay range is $22–$26 USD, with flexible work arrangements and a 401(k) match; full-time employee benefits are not applicable to this intern role.
