Description
The Engineering Supervisor directs engineering staff and service contractors responsible for building, grounds, equipment, minor construction, and equipment maintenance. The role manages preventive maintenance, work orders, quality assurance, training, equipment inventory, scheduling, purchasing, safety compliance, reporting, and long-term facility planning. It requires engineering experience, strong communication and coaching skills, computer and building automation experience, relevant stationary-engineer or HVAC licensing, and OSHA ACM awareness training; BOMA courses and additional certifications are desirable. The position offers an annual salary of $75,000–$80,000 in United States dollars and a comprehensive benefits package.
